The Dentist and hygienists are great, the billing department on the other hand is atrocious! I wont go back as they sent me to collections without ever once receiving a bill from them. Called them this morning to get that straightened out and instead of helping me get that straightened out all I got was sorry there isn't anything I can do. Well. Had dental work by the. Woman dentist I didn't know. Dr Tipp retired. So my care was put into this dentist. Last week having a broken tooth removed. I felt uncomfortable because the assistant had to tell her to. Use the bigger instrument. She was struggling...SHOULD NOT SHE KNOW THAT? TODAY HAD. A Tooth extracted...I was horrified when she failed to numb me. The pain was and still is bothersome!!!! Not to mention she was all over my mouth in attempt to extract it. Had a very bad experience with the front desk girl handling insurance issues. She kept charging more than I was supposed to pay. Had to contact my insurance company, but they kept sending me new bills out of nowhere. Very disappointed. Will never recommend this place for my family, and friends.Â
