Overall, our experience has been great. The sales rep, Rich, was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. And our installer James was top notch. And we love the water in our home even more now. Highly recommended!
I like the product. It makes sense and there is a health aspect and benefit to it. My only issue is the cost. I wasn't aware when we financed that the interest is about 10 percent. Unless you are going to buy it outright you should do diligence about the interest. I don't know if it is worth it.
