Efficient and friendly service.
Daniel is great when it comes to needing to get the vehicle in for an oil change or something more serious. He always keeps you informed on what is happening and how long it will be. And he is always honest with you. And the service guys get the job done the first time.
Very efficient process with no pressure to buy extended warrantees, service packages, etc. They just let us know what was available and the benefits. We left to have lunch while they prepared all the paperwork, so that all we had to do was sign when we got back. The last car we bought (different dealer) took about 5-6 hours of waiting and fending off the high pressure sales tactics.
We had a fantastic experience at the Mazda dealership and highly recommend everyone to go there.
Amazing service! The associates here worked hard to ensure that I left with a car that was affordable, reliable, and very fitting to me and my needs! If I am ever in the market again, I am definitely returning to Quality Mazda.
Squid, my service rep, got me all checked in to install Carplay, then found out their parts were incomplete. He was able to catch the parts truck and was able to get a new parts package added, instead of rescheduling the service. They said it would take all day, but were done by noon.
