I used them in the past and found them very helpful. A very nice woman was working dispatch. Today, I waited for hours with no estimate of time. Called back and was told that the person was on his way. The problem with that is the man on the phone never asked for my name or address. I waited longer and called back. This time, the guy asked my address. He couldn’t explain how someone was on his way when the guy on the phone had no idea which customer it was.
