Excellent customer service! All of the staff are very friendly & helpful. The only downside is that there are no elevators for those that have units on the second floor! 😀.I just have to keep telling myself as I'm moving boxes in or out that those stairs are a good thing! LOL! But seriously, I feel comfortable storing my belongings there. No problem! Beyond appealing for the management of Quality Self Storage to be held to some kind of basic ethical standards as a business, the management of Quality Self Storage Is not conducting themselves in a way befitting humans sharing a community with other humans with the way they are forcibly evicting homeless people leasing spaces from them by virtue of the individuals being homeless. They are destroying people’s basic need for security and deserve to go out of business. Do not spend money here.
This company, Quality Self Storage, Olympia, Washington, is systematically terminating the leases of leaseholders who they believe to be homeless. They have given no reasons. The terminations aren't the result of any known problems caused by the leasees. Please thoroughly research this company before doing business with them. They have caused unnecessary suffering to people who are already dealing with great difficulties in their lives and are trying to keep their possessions safe while looking for permanent housing.
Do not discriminate. If these people were paid up, and had been paying properly all along, there is no reason to evict them.
Quality Self Storage is systematically terminating the leases of people who they believe to be homeless. They have given no reasons and the terminations aren't the result of any known infractions. Their actions are an attack on the most vulnerable people in Olympia who are trying to maintain a tiny modicum of dignity by being able to store their belongings safely as they work on finding housing. Their actions disgust me and I will be sure to let everyone know.

Discriminatory towards homeless trans women with mental health issues. Terminated our agreement, would not give a reason. Limited hours of entry making our homelessness even harder to deal with, added a second lock so that we would need to go into the office even during the newly limited hours. Do not trust them. They will do whatever they like and give you no reason as to why they have done things. Like why even add a second lock? Which makes it harder for us to remove our stuff and leave?
