The girls at the front desk, we're friendly, but, I believe I checked in going towards noon time, and I was told to come back for a 2:30 appointment and be there at 2:15, at 2:30 I still did not hear anything, I kept seeing other people walking in and not coming out right away. I called and I was told that it wouldn't be much longer I waited until almost quarter to three 2:45 and called again, and I was told that they tried to call me, but my phone did not ring, I showed no missed calls, so, possibly there was systems probl... read more

My experience was excellent. I was helped with in a few minutes after I walked in the door..everyone that I was involved with knew what they were doing.

From the moment we walked through the door the care, concern and service was above and beyond! The front desk folks were the best I’ve ever dealt with. The video dr was so kind and helpful. The entire experience was truly the best!!! I

I was frustrated because I had registered online to go to clinic closest to me. Arrived & a sign on window said closed (Homosassa). Sign directed me to Crystal River. Got there & found out they had no X-ray machine. I was disappointed; online search had showed Quick Meds had X-rays. They were kind and helpful. They called Inverness to see when we could get in. Drove to clinic there. Everyone was very kind. I was assisted registering and told to return 2.5 hours later. When I returned, I got upset about how much I had to pay ... read more
