I called in to ask a question to the staff about their services. The woman on the other end was very abrasive and cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. It cost $0 to be a decent human being on the phone, especially when it comes to medical questions. Maybe refresh your staff on being more friendly on the phone, I will definitely NOT be going to this place if I ever do need to go to an urgent care.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The practitioner was wonderful. She listened and prescribed me the medication I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
I managed to bump my head on the corner of our kitchen cabinets and got myself a nice laceration on my scalp line. The folks at Quick Care fixed me right up, and they did it quickly and without any pain. Everyone on the staff was great, from the receptionist to the nurse, and the nurse practitioner who patched me up. I trust them, and would not hesitate to visit again should I have need.
Very professional and friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk to the very experienced Nurse Practitioner really impressed me. Great staff❤️
What is preventing me to give away 5 start is the facility conditions. The place is clean but new updates. The staff is friendly and patience. The service is fast and kind.
