We didn't have to wait too long so that was nice. But they sent prescription to wrong pharmacy so that was frustrating. (Wasn't even the correct pharmaceutical company that we requested!)

The office staff did a good job even though they were short so it took a long time to get to us. But the worse thing was it was so cold in the building that Dianna had on two sweaters and me a light jacket.
