I went for free car wash once I just realized they charged me 14.99 I don’t know how many times trying to find out I been on hold now 45min I remember there was a girl who said he needs to swipe my card but they will not charge Wonder if anybody experienced that
We had a terrible experience here. Our car was damaged at this car wash and we filed an incident report. Despite numerous attempts to contact the manager, we have never received a call back. After speaking to customer service and being told he would receive a call back, he never received one. It's been 3 weeks. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
