Excellent wash but the attendant by the name of Chris @ the 11921 Spring Cypress, Tomball, TX 77377 QQCW is always polite, courteous & professional that makes every Wash an outstanding experience. Definitely needs to be considered for future managerial positions.

The staff was very friendly to me each and every time I went through the wash. I do not think that the newly updated car wash cleans the car very well. Also, the vacuums do not work half the time. Multi complaints have been made to the staff and management. They are aware and apologize. As a major Business, I think they should be able to fix that problem, especially after updating the wash. This problem however is not isolated to 1 location. Multi have same issues. I stopped going to the location because of this. I have not been a customer now for several months. I was paying more out of pocket for something that was not working. The local competition that offers more and cost less took my business. The downside, they are out of my way. Quick Quack is only a block from my home. With multiple children, vacuums are very important. Again, the staff is very kind, very kid friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome. However the failure of the Vacuums is ultimately what did it for me and my family.
