We learned the hard way that it makes an enormous difference who you go with when you attempt to close a loan-especially on a 203k-and by huge difference I mean 9 months of our life, stress and money. 😭😭😭 The first company we were with literally took that long doing who knows what with our loan, I can not tell you how nightmarish that was without taking up a novel.
