Dr. Cooley and his staff were their usual courteous selves. He listened to my concerns and comments without making a rush to judgment.
Dr. Cooley is always patient and personable who communicates medical terms clearly for me to understand. I would give him a six star rating if I could.
My initial visit with Dr. Cooley was excellent. He was genuine, informative, and honest throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my options. It’s refreshing to meet a doctor who is straightforward and truly focused on what’s best for his patients. I left feeling confident, informed, and grateful to be in great hands.
