I've heard from many friends and family that getting a mortgage loan is the most tedious process and that often you will submit paperwork and then get pushback requiring clarification or more documents. With our loan, I thought it was fairly easy and I know a lot of that had to do with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable of what requirements are needed and what may cause potential delays and made sure we had all possible documents submitted.
