The worst communication I have ever received from any medical facility, by far. My experience with RAD was full of evasive answers, surprise fees, and unreturned calls. The worst were rude emails requiring immediate payment on their convoluted system, including a demand just hours after surgery. Each time I asked for likely outcomes they refused to give even a range. The procedure was about half as successful as it should have been, given my age and excellent follicle numbers. I will not go back to this facility.
Patient navigator are so rude.I got appointment after waiting for 3 months and they gave various forms to fill up I didn't fill one of the form and they cancelled my appointment 3 days before the appointment. What the hell very bad experience...not worth.these cases should be escalated .
If I could give a 0 out of 5, I would. As we began the process, Dr. Neithardt was very friendly and helpful. However, days before we began our cycle, after going through all the tests, putting out money, fighting with insurance, they realized they had weighed me wrong for the past 2 months? and canceled my cycle...days before...while sitting on the exam table with my legs spread with very little compassion. I had very bad experience with this facility. They make you undergo un-necessary tests and does not disclose the charges upfront. Patient co-ordinators are worst, they do not communicate all the information correctly. Please do not go this facility as they rip money from you.
I went to Reproductive Associates of Delaware because my second husband and I had not gotten pregnant after five years of not using birth control. My initial visit was OK but after the initial visit the office kept messing up my appointments. The practice administrator blamed it on an employee who had quit or been let go.
