We are always able to get all the information we need when we want. Came in to get the information on current CD rates and got the printout we need to make our selections with the funds we have available for this purpose

This morning was the 2nd time I have had to call this bank in the over 8 years I have been a member and both times the customer service phone representative was unhelpful. Basically, she told me to call the company I told her that’s fraudulently billing my account and let them know they are billing me and basically handle it myself. Needless to say, I am pursuing banking elsewhere as soon as I can stop my direct deposits.
