I was very disappointed with my experience with Ned’s Home / Lincoln Gutters, especially given their strong reputation and long time in business. My business is located in a historic mansion on a steep street with approximately 30-foot roofs. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I made a point to disclose this information, as I know not all companies can handle that type of work. This company is a total scam. I had stopped my service because I was unhappy with their ability to complete a job properly. They would send not the appropriate number of staff or equipment to complete the service at our house that is very tall. We had to have them come back many times and still couldn't complete the job. I subsequently called to cancel the service back in 2023. I ended up having the Gutter Guard company, who installed the gutters, come to do it properly. We had Ned’s Home service us today. Pricing was incredibly fair, especially compared with others. This company was very easy to work with and the workers are just amazing.I have been having some trouble finding a company that would go up on my roof (they tell me it’s too high). I signed up for Ned Steven's Platinum service. They called me and told me a section of my gutters needed replacing. I agreed to have them replace them. They came out and took my gutters off and left. They then called and said they couldn't install the new gutters and it was my problem now due to issues they couldn't control. They were able to schedule us in even during the season of heavy rain and heavier leaves. They provided competitive prices, comparable to the prices we got a couple years ago from other gutter people. We were helped by Kevin and Davy, who worked for three hours in the rain and hauled away 9 bags of leaves from the gutters. Respectful. Kind. Even helped shore up a gutter that was coming loose due to wind chucking a branch at our house.
