Dr. Diaz is a super caring about your experience. I really felt like his goal was to make the experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. I was afraid I’d feel pain as Novocain has failed to work on me in the past; he reassured me that I would feel zero pain. He put on music after asking what I listened to. What a personalized experience! I will 100% be coming to him again for my last wisdom tooth removal. He made the absolute best out of my bad situation!
Had a follow up appointment. All was well. We were both very pleased.
Appt was very easy and quick to make the staff is very caring and compassionate and checks up post surgery which I think is very important customer Service traits. Dr. Díaz was very good with explaining the process of the extraction. And what to expect post op. Thank you for a great experience with your team
Dr. Plansky really makes you feel comfortable through what may seem like an intimidating procedure. Not once did I feel anxious.
Dr. Klein and Angela went above and beyond to ease my daughter’s fears about having a tooth extracted. They were extremely patient and kind, and helped her through a situation that she was VERY anxious about. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend Dr. Klein and his staff to families in need of oral surgery for their children, or themselves!
Dr.Plansky has done a couple different procedures for me including wisdom teeth, a post, and a standard extraction. Each went well and I was able to recover. She always followed up and was very knowledgeable
Couldn’t be more pleased with my visits. Always a great experience.
Went to Dr Plansky to have my implant stitches taken out. All went well. No pain. No waiting. Was given new instructions on keeping the implant free of plaque. Will return in two months for follow up. Very pleasant office as usual.
My experience at the Randolph Center for Oral Surgery was excellent. My oral surgeon was Dr. Plansky who did a tooth extraction, positioned an implant in its place, and even helped me with an adjacent tooth that had some infection problems. All the procedures were painless and Dr. Plansky was very considerate and very patient addressing all my concerns.
