This was a very difficult loan to process. Strictly due to my client. Randy Creed worked very very hard overcoming all these obstacles that we had to to get this deal done for my client. Very appreciative. It was a VA with repairs to be put in escrow, a married man who is not been with his wife for over 10 years that has a mortgage, a job transfer to another state, unfiled taxes and so much more.
