Dr. Coley who is on staff at your Katy location. Not only does he not have compassion for his patients, he doesn’t explain what is wrong with the patient. When did it become the nurses place to give the diagnosis and explain a treatment plan. The RN who treated my mother on 5/13 should be receiving Dr pay. She was wonderful. When the Dr was questioned why he did not come back in to discuss what was wrong with mother and his response ( he forgot, he was just human). Rapid test are invalid and don’t come up and show if you’re truly positive with covid. There just a way to make money and be a scam. You have to go the lab way to get any proper results. They take normally 2-3 days for results not 30 mins to a hour lol. Coming from a medical personnel. 👍

Omg. I’m trying to get my covid testing since they said it’s available. The front lady said it will be an hour and half. I’m looking at the waiting room...I kid you not there is literally 4 people (including myself). I’m thinking to myself how the heck is that long. I work in the medical field and we see about 80 people. I’m just shock how slow they are and make you wait this long.
