Auto loan re-finance to a lower rate We were able to re-finance a car loan, at much better rate than the dealership got us. Company worked hard, as I was co-signed with me daughter and we live 850 miles apart in different states.

They lowered my rate by more than 5% The process was long but only because of me not them. Who can complain when they lowered my %rate by more than 5%?

Auto Re-Fi Worked out well although they do seem to require more info/paperwork than just going into your bank and applying. They tend to hound you in the beginning like you are expected to have access to your e-mail 24/7 and jump instantly when they ask for something but once you get them what they need, they tend to respond to questions very slowly.
Excellent service provided.. I would recommend rate genius to anyone looking to refinance. Chad Mikels went above and beyond to provide quick, clear, and very personalized service. I can't imagine that anyone could do a better job.

Quick and painless process. THx Justin Walls was MOST EXCELLENT. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and precise. When I needed documents or verifications to provide to the bank or other establishments, He wasted no time in providing that information. He made refinancing my car pleasurable.
