I got a better rate and the process was I had to open an account with the credit union because the loan was from that company.
Great smooth process ... was very happy with the results

Painless Great experience even after the loan had closed. I texted my loan advisor about a question and he sent me the information. My interst rate dropped signifcantly.
The process was easy and quick. My agent Dillon E was great. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, kept me updated on the progress and helped me understand everything.
Fast and easy.. Easy and lowered my interest and payment.
