They were consistent easy to understand and always accessible.
Went from 5.5% to 2.49% Easy process. Great customer service. I had many other offers but nobody could come close to rategenius. I'm saving over $4000 in interest on my truck loan. I chose to keep the same payment and drop 6 months off of my loan!
Excellent Couldn't ask for better service quicker service customer service was great in on it
Best deal for less than perfect credit Rate Genius saved me $100 a month on my car loan and their customer service was top notch. Shoutout to Jake for making the process crazy easy.

Awesome customer service and saved me $300 a month. Highly recommended!!!!
GOOD FRIENDLY STAFF, THEY REALLY HELPED ME.
auto refi from 6.7 to 3.5% Relatively easy process if you aren't the type that is intimidated by paperwork. Rategenius exceeded my expectations and that isn't easy to do. I will change checking accounts, credit cards, insurance companies etc. at the slightest inconvenience. I would recommend RG to anyone who is interested in saving themselves some money. It takes a minimal amount of effort but anything worthwhile usually does.
Perfect Great site
