Amazing customer service, friendly, professional with the best patient care I have been going to see Dr. Rathburn for years. You just won't find a better dentist at the skill level he has. He is engaging, a great communicator, gentle, thoughtful and I have never had a problem with any dental work. His staff is top notch; friendly, fun to talk to, professional and truly care about the patient and making a difference.
Top of the line -- as always!!! I had a tooth that was old and terminal with a crown long gone, but hanging in there. I was planning to have it pulled eventually, as it was way in the back and did not have a tooth opposite it since I had lost that one years ago. It suddenly started acting up during the evening (a Wednesday) and I realized that it had probably finally broken. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rathburn and his staff. I was there last week for a gum graft and although that can be pretty stressful I was put at ease by the total professionalism and caring manner it was done. Robin, his assistant, told me what to expect of the procedure and also super educated me about my after care. surprising to find a great doctor that is reasonable and really really good I came in with a low grade pain and came to find out my tooth was infected. I was traveling the next day. Somehow not only did the Dr. diagnose me, he prevented me from having a root canal did the work with so much respect and ease that I am not telling EVERYONE this is your guy. I have a terrible fear of dentistry and orthodontics. I have been afraid of "mouth doctors" since I was very young, and I went through about four different dentists before I found Dr. Rathburn. Wonderful caring ractice I went to Dr. Rathburn with periodontal disease. Using Lanap, my gums are healthy, and he saved my teeth. The staff is friendly and caring. This visit was a cleaning, as usual Ann did a great job. I highly recommend this practice.
