Dr. Santoscoy takes the time to listen to his patients. He really is compassionate and has a great bedside manner while at the same time being direct. He really goes the extra mile for his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Santoscoy since he was with Gonzaba. I briefly stayed with Gonzaba, but followed him to Health Texas. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and does what he feels is best for me.
I have to disagree about the above comment on the office staff. In my opinion they are the best. By our second visit they knew us by name and greet us thusly. No complaints from my wife or I.
Dr. Santoscoy has been my dr for a long time. He is professional. Listens and his current staff is wonderful. My husband sees him to. To me he does an extraordinary job on every visit. I have never had a complaint about him. He looks out for patients.
Dr. Santoscoy is one of those doctors that seeks to understand exactly what your health needs are. Thorough, going beyond what most doctors care to offer the patient. Serious, yet affable in a very professional way. Personally, I hold Dr. Santoscoy in high regard, as he saved my life once upon a time. Not only that, he transformed my son's life, figuring out how to address his ADD/dyslexia problems in the safest of ways, thus eliminating our fears of those dreaded drugs.
