RecommendedI`ve been taking my "kids" to Rawls for well over a year and they have received the very best of care.My kids love everyone over there, and we`ve had the privilege of meeting Dr. Rawl in person- what a nice guy!
Been going there the past 12 years always compassionate and care about my dogs.
No I would not recommend them, they are using Dr Rawls's name and reputation to promote their practice.I knew the doctor and my friend worked for him this is going to be a long story about the incompetence and the changing of the stories instead of being straight up about the problem and taking care of it.On 8/22/2024 I brought my dog in for her rabies shot, after the exam and the shot the total was $98.00 the vet I don't know witch one informs me that she has an ear infection and would I like to take care of it so $29.oo l... read more

All about the money honey! Sadly miss Dr. Rawls....
I loved this vet in the past, but they have become uncaring, and only after money. We told them that our dog had trouble coming out of anesthesia when we dropped him off. When I arrived the bill was double what it had been for the same procedure a year ago, They stated part of it was because they used a heavier anesthesia. I was horrified, They obviously did not listen to what we told them. I tried to ask questions, but the staff was unprofessional, all gathering around to listen, but offering no real answers. I have brought my dogs to Rawls Veterinary clinic since tbe 1980's. Dr. Rawls took wonderful care of all the i have had. I was always pleased with the concern and personal interest he took. Now Dr. LONG carries on with the,same tradition. Will always bring my dogs to Dr. Long because she is dedicated to our dogs.
