Everyone at Raymond Animal Hospital really cares about our pets and us too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I have been a customer for well over 20 years at RAH. All of my pets have been seen by RAH from the time they were babies. Over the years, I have always felt as though the staff genuinely care for my furbabies. This past Wed, my Carin Terrier crossed over to Rainbow bridge and I had to bring him to Brentwood Emergency Vet (they were amazing). Very sad to be charged an " examination fee" when I brought my 12 year old cat to be put down. He had been seen previously, and could no longer fight the fight. After all the costs associated with the procedure, knowing that the cat was being put down, this seems like nothing more than a money grab. I have paid the bill today, but I will not bring any of my other animals back there. Customer lost, I will go back to Exeter.
