Sorry for my attitude today but that is just where I find myself at this stage of my life. Nothing feels good nothing works well. I find myself no longer needed, not important to the plan of life I have just become an old grump. I'm sorry for taking it out on you Dr. Ward

Dr. Ward is not a doctor that listens. He has his opinions and ideas and is not interested in whether or not his care is beneficial or helpful. He has no regard for the pain a patient endures or the financial impact his decisions has on a patient. He is a poor example of a caring physician.

He seemed to size up my intelligence without talking to me much. He was nice enough, but his bedside manner was judgemental and cold. When discussing career choice(something I don't care to discuss with my doctor) he seemed to discredit my college progresss and suggest I become a welder/plumber type. Very condescending, and the medicine he prescribes is usually not very helpful. I won't be returning. Very rude receptionist who happened to be of Hispanic/Latino heritage snapped at me too.

Production line medicine. He did not take time to listen to my concerns or address the reason I came to his office. He went through the motions and was out the door

Dr. Ward said I would need to live with chronic sinus infections with no medical attention...My husband was dangerously ill. They said he was lazy. Four days in the hospital and the pulmonologist's test showed much different results. we were on obamacare; front desk would not communicate with the billing desk in back. I was told I Needed to contact insurance company myself to get bill paid. I ended up paying it myself. Nobody worked at helping us Medically or would even bill insurance agency.

Very poor doctor with no communication skills. Didn't listen to my concerns and seemed very rushed. It seemed like he had other things on his mind at every visit. Will not be going back. Look elsewhere. Many better doctors out there.

I went there with chronic pain and he put me on subutext for pain. 5 months later he asked me if I was going to 12 step groups. Subtext is for addicts coming off opiates as well as for pain but I didn't know that so I was appalled since I was not on opiates, or have addiction problems. I guess if you've got tattoos in utah you are labeled. My kids evenwent with. I wondered why a urine sample each visit, never positive. I was so sick when I stopped taking it as well. Never got an MRI, x-ray
