Ordered on Friday and realized I put wrong delivery address. Sent email explaining mixup and received response almost immediately. Got my delivery to the correct address within days.
Recently ReCell was able to replace an AirPod earbud that I had lost for a FRACTION of the cost it would have been to purchase a new set. The replacement earbud works perfectly, sounds and charges like new. Shipping was fast and I have already recommended ReCell to friends, family, and colleagues.
