This is my second truck with Red McCombs and I went back the second time because the service couldn’t be any better. Next day delivery to my house and I live about 300 miles away. Everyone was very friendly, went out of their way to try and find what I was looking for. Responded promptly to my calls. Just didn’t give me enough for my trade-in.
Jose Rodriguez helped me two weeks ago, got me out of my previous vehicle being a 07 with 172k miles on it that was starting to to have issues to where the repairs was going to be worth more than how much the vehicle was worth. I’m super thankful that he was able to work with me when I didn’t have close to a good credit score. I’m over all satisfied with the Ford Explorer
