We needed a car because our Ford Focus took a dunk. Transmission was shot and unfortunately it had to come out of pocket for us but it was just as much as the car was worth being used and all. So we asked if we could use it as a trade in and they sure did. We got a 2016 Ford Escape instead and it's much better without all the TCM recall issues like the Focus had. Red McCombs did not have the vehicle I wanted. So what did they do? They looked very hard to help me find it. What did they NOT do? Try to sell me something else that I did not want. These guys are awesome!
My service advisor to everyone, she makes sure to take care of your needs for your particular vehicle, and that you understand what is being done. Others service advisors just want to get you in and out

David Strauss and Oscar Ceja were extremely helpful with the purchase of my new F-150. They were never pushy or overwhelming.
