An amazing company. I called, they came the next day! Next week the repairs were complected! I was not in residence so they even came back to recheck! Considering I wasn’t there, the communication was unbelievable, whether it was texting or actual phone calls. They even kept my property manager in the loop. I highly recommend these people. Harrison is the man, as well as the rest of his crew. Job well done.
Business response:
Hey there, Warren! Your positive feedback genuinely made our day over here. The fact that Harrison and the guys were able to handle everything so smoothly — from the initial pool leak detection visit to the follow-up recheck — while you weren't even on-site is something we're really proud of. Keeping you and your property manager in the loop through texts and calls is exactly the kind of communication we believe every customer deserves, and it sounds like Harrison and his crew absolutely delivered on that. We'll make sure he... read more

The job was exceptional, neat clean and the most professional job I've ever seen! I've had other companies in the past but NONE compair to the job Chris did!! I will be recommending everyone in my neighborhood to this company!! well worth the money 10 times over. Thank you Chris! Laura Annas Palm Beach Gardens, FL

I have an exceptional experience from start to finish with this company. Chris came out to fo the initial leak detection & spent almost 3 hours detecting our leak. He then showed up video and explained the process of resolving the issue. He was so polite, kind, & informative! I was extremely impressed with how he explained everything to me & he was not a high pressure "salesman". We then scheduled Brad to come out to repair the Leak. He was just as sweet, energetic, & went above and beyond in repairing the Leak. These two yo... read more
Business response:
Hey there, Jory! We genuinely admire you taking the time to share such a detailed look at your experience with RED RHINO — this truly made our day. Chris spending nearly three hours on your pool leak detection to make sure everything was properly found, and then walking you through the video explanation without any pressure? That's exactly the kind of Rhino we love to have on the team. And Brad showing up with that same energy and going above and beyond on the repair — honestly, those two are the real deal. So glad you also ... read more

I am super pleased with the attention to detail that Corbin and Sean used in fixing the multiple leaks I had in my pool. Sam had come out found the leaks and did temporary repairs. (I was putting water in my pool every day. 😳) After the temporary repair, I knew he really had found the leaks bc I was no longer putting water in at all. Anyway, they came in the morning, worked in 93 degree weather, and finished by 4. The finished looks great! I'll let you know if the water stays in, but if the final product is as good as the t... read more
Business response:
Hey there, Laurie! We are happy to hear how pleased you are with Corbin and Sean's attention to detail on your pool leak repairs. It's really great that Sam's initial detection work and temporary fixes stopped you from having to add water daily - that must have been such a relief! The fact that our guys powered through that brutal 93-degree heat from morning until 4 PM to get your multiple leaks properly fixed shows the dedication they bring to every job. We're so glad the finished work looks great and we're keeping our fing... read more
We are very pleased with Red Rhino's detection of our pool leak--a cracked skimmer. In a few hours ALEX JRZYBEK handled the total process of cutting a perfect square through the deck, extracting sand packed around the old skimmer and installing the new one, repacking the sand/soil, sealing the deck cut-out piece matching the new concrete seam with the deck. Alex was efficient, communicative about the process, and obviously skilled. AND tenting the skimmer area, he did it all in the rain. A GREAT JOB! .
Business response:
Hey there, Celia! We're pumped that our pool leak detection process worked out so well for you! Alex and the guys really know their stuff when it comes to skimmer repairs, and it sounds like he handled that whole deck cutting and installation process like a pro. That's amazing that he powered through in the rain with the tent setup - now that's dedication! Don't forget to cannonball in your pool for me! 🦏 Have a GREAT day and enjoy your pool! Kindly - Fenner
