Michael and his associate, Charlie provided a tremendous customer experience yesterday, May 20th during their diagnostic testing for a potential pool leak. They were so very thorough and as a result found a leak. They repaired the leak and provided an independent leak detection system thereafter that clearly illustrated to the homeowner that in fact there is no further leakage of water. Red Rhino is the real deal. Raul R went above and beyond to help me with my pool leak. He answered all my questions before, during, and after the job was done. Raul R even reached out to see if we had any more questions and if we were able to fill up the pool. That is what I call outstanding customer service! Very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely will refer others to Red Rhino because they are the experts in town.
We had Red Rhino come to detect a leak in our pool. The technician, Raul, was on time, super friendly and was able to narrow down the issues for us. While the quote to repair seems higher than we anticipated, our experience with this company has been nothing but positive, so this is one of those times where “you get what you pay for.” We are scheduled for our repair in a couple of weeks, but so far, we have been happy with Red Rhino. They have a great reputation and it is easy to see why.
