If I could give a 5 star review I would give them a 20 star plus recommendation. I had a leak in my pool loosing an inch of water per hour! Josh came out to find it. He was not leaving until he found it !! Several hours later Bingo ! Red rhino was able to repair a few days later the Red Rhino repair person was amazing! Deep Cutting of concrete deck and a jackhammer, the pipe was exposed, repaired, reconnected, new filling and concrete and travertine replaced. You would never know !! So far so good. My Red Rhino rep, Harrison, was friendly and thorough and took his time explaining the diagnosis for my pool and the next steps. Seems as if I'm in good hands for the next step.
