Fun place with cool atmosphere and great food! BUT the waiter upsold us on everything which was annoying (suggested $46 lobster mac n cheese when our first choice of $20 mashed potato side was unavailable and asked us if we wanted him to bring garlic bread to start and then after he gave us the menus we realized that was a $10 appetizer). Otherwise, it was a typical delicious and overpriced meal in Manhattan, a great way to kick off an evening before attending the concert at Carnegie Hall across the street.
food great. Matre d, Ritch is the best in town. The new beer burgers are very good, and of course the banana cream pie is amazing
5 stars food and service! Love eating here when I visit the Manhattan Club! The crabcake and shrimp dish was my favorite!
More delightful than anticipated! Had a late lunch with hubby for his Birthday. The cocktails were fabulous, sushi appetizer was delicious and entrees (strip steak and sea bass special) exceeded our expectations. Then a handsome guy walks around handing out fresh baked mini chocolate chip cookies! Split the banana cream pie dessert, and then right as we paid the bill they gave us mini champagne. Service, atmosphere and food quality were 10/10. Will find a reason to make the trip from Long Island and visit again.
Every time we come to NYC we plan a meal or two at The Red Eye Grill. It is a highlight of our trip.
This is the perfect restaurant for meetings or get togethers. Conveniently located near Carnegie Hall and Midtown West. A few blocks from Central Park, and right off the subway. If you’re meeting for work or just catching up with friends, it’s the perfect location and ambience. Thursdays and the weekend usually has live music with a piano, but not overly loud to where it’s annoying.
Great experience as always! Never fails. This is my go to spot for client dinners Midtown.
Consistently excellent food and service. A great experience. We come here often when in NYC.
Incredible experience from the second you walk in the door. The food was incredible. A must. Cannot wait to go back.
