Our meal here started out quietly—we had an early pre-theater reservation time—but the room filled up and we had an excellent time. The food was better than it needed to be, the service was friendly, and the cavalcade of free desserts at the end (warm cookies! Cotton candy!!) sealed the deal. It feels like an old school “fancy” (but not stuffy) restaurant of the kind that doesn’t exist much any more.

Reservations for Thanksgiving Supper was easy through Open Table. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated shortly thereafter. I had requested a table away from the main salon. We were seated in a great spot, street level with Seventh Avenue. The Thanksgiving meal was outstanding. I asked for dark meat and received same. Everything about the meal was outstanding. Food was delicious! Catered wonderfully to several food allergies.
Our favorite restaurant in midtown for many reasons. The old fashions are delicious and come with caramel popcorn which is a real treat. The fixed price luncheons have many options and large portions. All of the foood is well prepared and delicious. The cheesecake is fantastic and the garlic bread is mouth watering.
Everything from walking in and being greeted to our server was spot on . Delicious food and drinks. and we enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies we were given and the cotton candy that was brought to our table was a nice treat.
Thanksgiving dinner at 8 PM. One of us had Turkey special, the other had Fish.
