My friend and I chose the Redeye Grill during Restaurant Week primarily because their special menu looked very good. We were not disappointed! My friend had the Branzino which she said was excellent. I had the fish tacos which came with guacamole, salsa, chips and the most delicious corn on the cob (slathered with a yummy coating) I’ve ever had. It was a little messy, but worth it. We had a delightful evening, the service was terrific especially lovely to my five year old (well behaved) niece. Everyone was most impressed with the food. The room is beautiful as well.
Had a "staycation" in the city and our first meal was at Redeye. We tried their "Restaurant Week" menu and it was good for the money! David D was our server and he was very good...friendly, attentive and efficient. She had the calamari as appetizer and the grilled branzino with spinach and I tried their cheeseburger w/fries and shrimp cocktail as appetizer. 1ST TIME AT REDEYE GRILL AND WE JUST LOVED EVERYTHING FROM FOOD, TO SERVICE. VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING STAFF. RICHARD AT THE FRONT DESK WAS OUTSTANDING FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT. I POSTED PICS ON FB AND TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. Went to the Redeye Grill for Restaurant Week and the food was really great. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they ordered. I would definitely go back during Restaurant Week and thereafter.
