Quality work but will charge excess hours to about double or more what the actual work takes and blame it on book hours. Will not be back. The word on street is they have been losing business and this is an example why. Remember you have choices. You can only take advantage of your customers so long. Using the book hours excuse is lame because if a tech takes longer to do a job than what the average tech takes then why employ such person. There is no value in excess labor on work. Shop came highly recommended for a tune on my c15.. very disappointed. Power feels the same maybe worse with alot of useless smoke just $$ blowingout my stacks. 1000$ wasted !! Tried to communicate was told my truck had other issues. Funny it ran fine going in and runs the same now just with alot of smoke and my pockets 1000 lighter. I just wanted them to put back what I had and refund my money..
they charged me 3hours labor,when they hooked my truck up looked at my phone,time was 1hour 20min complete work time
