I visited Dr Jain over 2 years ago, main reason was close to my place, first impression was good, clean and organize. I constantly feeling sore in one of my tooth in the lower molar, then I went for a check, she said I need to replace the filling. I asked her If I might need a rootcanal, she said the filling is not very deep, so no rootcanal needed. We did the filling the next couple appts, but the sore feeling still there. Wanted it to be a good experience, but unfortunately it was terrible every single time. I had visited multiple times over a 2.5 year span. One of the first things that was said to me and my family was "wow you really have a great dental plan", after that it seemed like we were seen as cash cows for the practice. Even with a "great" dental plan they always found ways to charge more than what was needed. One time we had to reschedule an appointment and they claimed to never have received the email? Being a good dentist is not all about having attractive office. I was very disappointed after letting Dt Jain changed a few of my old fillings which I did not have any problem with , ever since I have had severe pain on each single of them for quite long time and ended up with getting root canal on two of them at specialist office.
