Great experience in every aspect. Every email and call was answered quickly. Follow up and planning was seamless, and when the install date arrived, two trucks showed up exactly when they said they would and the installation was an impressively synchronized operation. Finished a bit earlier than expected, cleaned the site, and were gone as efficiently as they arrived.
Amazing experience from the start with sales team to the installers team. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, great advice, very polite and took his time to give us the opportunity to make our decision on what to purchase. We got a call the day before scheduled installation, the installers team was on time and also very polite, neat, efficient and professional. The sales office was great ! They helped us plan every detail of our shed . The installers were great.. they were very professional and installed our beautiful very large shed in 5 hours and left the place spotless !! We love Reeds Ferry, this is the second shed we buy from them and they didn't disappoint ! Would highly recommend them !
