I love each and everyone there! Donna the receptionist is so caring and helps solves problems when I'm having difficulty understanding she's the best. I love Christy she makes me feel that I matter, very caring very kind and doesn't rush me out the door like most do, she listens and makes sure I get the best of care, love love love her!! Amanda, well she is just the best also. I couldn't be more pleased going to see a Dr and the staff because they treat you with care and compassion ♡♡♡
Chrissy is such a kind and compassionate caregiver. I’ve been a patient at Reelfoot for several years now and I feel like the practice was definitely blessed by her presence and expertise. Chrissy is very sweet and will go above and beyond for her patients. Not to mention the nurses are all very smart and competent. Ms. Donna, who runs the front desk, is even licensed in phlebotomy and will jump in and draw blood to help the clinic continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Crissy is awesome! Love her so much and she is the only reason I stay with Reelfoot. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I always have to go in to simply set up an appointment, or like now I am being billed for an appointment that didn't happen and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times are minimal when I have been there. We have two Autistic children and Dr. Anderson has been wonderful and always takes the time to answer any and all questions. I would definitely recommend Reelfoot Family Clinic. They get an A+ from our family.
Phones never work always down so you can't call make a appointment receptionists are rude and then have the nerve to bad mouth henry county medical center all I have to say is the staff at the hospital are much better there not rude or make snarky remarks and the receptionists are much better these fly bye night pop up clinics are becoming the worst in this state when you deal with employees who can careless about patients maybe hire better staff and receptionists.
