Review 9/17/2010 After looking at several gold companys I decided on Regal Assests for my first purchace. Total time was 10 days from the time they got my funds to the day I held my gold. Thank you. Great Customer service, fast shipping. I hope my next purchase moves this smoothly- I would reccoment Regal Assests. Thanks again. **Update- Second purchase went just as smooth as the first! Again I purchaced during a holiday but still 11 days (including holiday and weekends) for my assests to arive! Thanks again

Review 9/3/2010 I constantly hear advertisements by companies to buy gold. I always found a "hitch" or hidden charges. I ran across Regal Assets, and decided to take the plunge. I could not have been more pleased with this company. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. The agent was extremely informative, and service was courteous and efficient. At every stage of the transaction, immediate follow-up was provided. Awesome company !!!

Keith T. I have had an account with Regal Assets for three years. When I recently tried to contact them by leaving messages and requesting information on several occasions there was no response. I suspect that they are fraudulent and do not intend to return my assets.

Regal Assets Is A Scam Regal Assets has been wholly Deceitful and Criminal in their behavior with respect to a cash investment I made in precious metals with them. This purchase order was placed on 6/3/21 and promised delivery of metals in 3 weeks. It has now been 15 weeks and no metals have been delivered. Customer service is a joke I am writing this review because of the extremely poor customer service I have received from Regal Assets. I sold some bitcoin and invested in some silver to hold in their vault. When I purchased the silver I was told it would take 9 weeks for the transaction to go through. It's now almost 15 weeks and no silver. I was assigned a person name Leah Donoso to research this. She has never once called me. No Communication, Reversed Charges Very disappointed with Regal Assets and their poor business ethics. Stopped payments and stated in writing they had cancelled contract... Not true. We had to learn they'd "left" after months of service, from the credit card company. Now, refuses to pay for services provided. Bad Business!
