Collin Plume We are first time gold buyers. At first we were reluctant to buy gold online. Since the BBB rating for Regal Assets was excellent, we called and visited with Collin Plume. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and considerate. After visiting with Collin a couple of times, we decided to go ahead and purchase gold coins.

Collin Plume - Highly Recommended! I went back to Regal Assets because of a great experience the last time I bought gold and silver from them. This experience was more of the same. Charles Thorngren, Great to deal with. When my husband suggested we should convert some of out IRS's funds into precious metals, I was not too sure at first. After some research,selected Regal Assets and was assigned to Charles Thorngren as our primary cuntact and an assistant, Jannette Compton. Both were very helpful and answered all the questions we had. All transactions were completed in a very timely manner. It was a great experience. Ask about the price! I initially posted a review on 2/9/15, very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, and I must take the blame, I didn't ask about the commission. I was a new buyer and told Charles Thorngren so, and that I needed help. He was helpful, and I ended up getting the product I wanted, but I guess I didn't expect a mark up of over 15% on my gold and over 20% on the silver. As of today, the price of gold and silver is higher than when I made my initial investment, but the market value of my investment is still ... read more

2nd Transaction This was my second transaction with Regal and Collin. Though I was disappointed in how the process started with a new individual, Collin got involved and we were able to get the process back on track.
