Great customer service from Charlie Thorngren and the Regal Assets team Charlie did a great job of walking me through the creation of my account and purchase of my precious metals. We were transferring a retirement annuity into an IRA with the metals and i needed to have the account set up months in advance of the annuity being paid. Charlie was great and it all went off without a hitch. Very good to work with and communicated at the right times!
