Excellent customer service I wanted to roll over a portion of my traditional 401(k) account to a precious metals IRA. I did a lot of research online, because I was new to this type of investing. Ready to answer questions While looking into Gold IRA's I talked to Christian Howard at Regal Assets. Howard was easy to understand, and laid out the steps of setting up an account. He talked about all the fee's, time line and sequence of events, how to get the best deal, and made the rollover very easy to do.
