Trustworthy and great customer service This was my first time purchasing precious metals. From my first phone conversation Collin Plume was extremely helpful and willing to answer all I my questions. He never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question since I was new to the process. He told me how the transaction would work and that is exactly how it went.
