The entire staff at LightRx in Parkville is amazing. From the minute I walked through the doors, I felt like I was amongst friends. They have made me feel comfortable and progressively more confident in my own skin. Sam, Hope and Kiersten are incredible women, and I love seeing them every week.
This place is truly amazing 😍 I highly recommend. Let me first off saying these are the nicest people in the world. “The staff is great everytime I'm there. The receptionists are very helpful and answered all of questions. The whole building was clean and bright, and the service is always on time. I am happy to come back everytime. The lasers helped my acne, and pigmentation on my face that I had for decades. I feel like a new woman and person and never felt so beautiful or had so much confidence. I got led into the hole by this membership for $350. They had a fire so I had to reschedule an appointment and was leaving town. I got their Botox. It didn’t really freeze everything the way it should. Then when I got to Colorado Springs to use one of my other free things I get for joining, they told me I had no credit I had to call corporate and they had to make the appointment. The ladies are great, peaceful environment, and ive seen small results after just 1 session of laser and 1 session of dermapen. One thing, I just wish they dermaplaned bc I have to go somewhere else to get that done and pay full price instead of an add on fee with my sessions like other places do.
First off I want to start by saying that every staff member who treated me during my appointments was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful of the redness on my arm. I truly appreciated how comfortable they made me feel during each visit. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ends.
