Well, for one don’t guarantee something’s gonna work because obviously it doesn’t. After spending $1500 on Venus legacy skin tightening treatments for my thighs and attending every single session. It did not work. There is very little difference.. Now after I’ve spent all my extra money you have a special, 50% off a package and it’s BOGO! I saw that & became enraged because I paid $1500 for 10 sessions when I could’ve paid the same amount of money and had 20 sessions. I felt rushed and very unimportant. The person that did my injection made me feel like my time was worthless. I tried talking to her about dermal filler after my botox injection, and she jus rushed through and was preoccupied.
I paid 6000$ for Treat To Target. WASTE of money. But at least the staff were super kind.

Non prudent professionals!! Paid for large area laser hair removal, received 4 small laser applications around mouth that’s it!!!! Asked for refund, never received!!!! Light rx said they called an left voicemail, which is a blatant lie!!!! Light rx has my info on file, never received any refund after I called multiple times, they put me on hold then disconnected !!!!! Rip off!!!!! Substandard customer service!!!!!

The staff is kind and professional but the Venus Legacy treatments were not worth the 2 hour drive to the location. I had botched ScluptSure done at the Franklin facility before it was closed and ,instead of refunding my money, Light RX comped Legacy at this facility. After 15 Legacy treatments, this company still cannot give me what I was sold in the first location. I came in unhappy with my body and nearly 4k and a year later, I'm still unhappy. SCAM. Wish i could give half a star. Do no pay these people up front! I applied for this HEP card and they put the full package amount up front on that card. I couldn't take the pain as it is VERY painful, no matter what they tell you. I stopped getting the treatments and Light Rx was to reimburse me by sending a check to the credit card company....never happened! I give them 2 thumbs down and that's being generous.
