I had a great experience with Dr. Rapp. He was very kind and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I’ve recommended several family members to him.

My Primary Care Physician referred me to Dr Derek Rapp for a hand injury sustained in an automobile accident in November 2018. Upon the initial examination Dr Rapp determined that I had swelling but nothing else was wrong so he gave me a steroid injection. While the injection provided some temporary relief, this was not a long term resolution as my pain would always return and ultimately affected the dexterity in my dominant hand. Never got to see him.....the wait time was over an hour......went to someone else.

I am sorry you had a less than optimal experience at our practice. We do the best we can to stay on schedule, but sometimes we get behind. We feel that it is important to give every patient the time they need to discuss the issues they have brought to us and address those issues. Sometimes people bring problems or issues that take more than the alotted 15-20 minutes to answer. My patients know that I will take the time to do the right thing for them.
