Russell was great!! He came to check the battery which ended up being fine the problem ended up being much more serious. Russell then ordered the part and I will receive a call when the part comes in so my scooter can get fixed. He was very professional easy peasy no problem thank you very much!! If I could put 10 Stars I would!;
