I had need of therapy after hospitalization, and Mid America Rehab Hospital was where I was transferred! What a great atmosphere for improving your health provided by top notch professionals!! I do not recommend this company. My mom needed a power chair to get around in the house. They didn't listen to us and they gave her a chair with options she doesn't need. The chair has been broken down over half of the time she has had it. Maintenance was supposed to come today and they never showed up. And no one seems to know why or know what's going on.
The products are fairly good. The batteries and motor lasted less than a year. Their customer service is extremely poor. It took about two weeks to get the parts and have them installed. The tech who installed deserves a raise. He was great.
Extremely poor customer service. I have a wheelchair bound relative who depends on his power chair. Week after week, the day of the scheduled repair, they don't show up and at the last minute have another lame excuse. " We are short handed" "The tech is sick". Meanwhile disabled people suffer! Going on 3 weeks now. SHAMEFUL!
Only reason I gave 1 star is because zero is not an option. Spent thousands of dollars for a power chair that lasted 3 months! Have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months and it breaks down minutes after the tec leaves. Customer service is absolutely horrible!!!
