Thank you to all the staff, nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, the techs,... Everyone!. Encompass has trained their staff well to understand what compassion and care is all about. I spent a few days this week with my father, who is 92. He's fallen a significant amount of times and is growing weaker. He said his goal as "walking out of the facility", and everyone has taken that very seriously. Thank you off for being supportive. My mother will be discharged tomorrow after she suffered a stroke. This place is first-rate in every respect. The case manager Judith went beyond her duties to assist with details during my mom's stay and transition home. The entire personnel knew their jobs and extended themselves pleasantly and professionally at all times. The facility is up to date n equipment, technology and extremely clean. The cafe area is clean with no foods or large amounts of food in steam tables for hours. The private rooms and bathrooms - O... read more

My husband spent 12 days there last February and received the best care imaginable. The staff including his case manager, doctor, nurses, therapists, techs, anyone he came in contact with were wonderful. We attribute his care to how well he is doing now. And a bonus: the food was great! It was a long drive for me but it was definitely worth it! His care was exceptional.

The Encompass Rehab facility in Bowie is state of the art, spotless, and staffed with very caring professionals who give their all to their patients. Mom spent 30 days in a different local rehab facility and there is no comparison. Encompass is the very best! Every member of the encompass staff was incredibly professional, caring, and empathetic.
